Which days do we ship?

We ship from Monday- Thursday (excluding Holidays) We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Standard processing time

Our processing times are approximately 3-5 days for our Seamoss gel as it is made fresh to order in premium small batches. Due to increasing demand the times may vary.  We are a small business that values our customers and will try our best to ship out products as soon as possible.

Standard time in transit

1-3 business days in transit.

How is it shipped?

Our products are shipped in a temperature-controlled bag with ice packets to ensure freshness.

What to do when it is received?

Immediately place your product in the back of your refrigerator to ensure freshness and to make sure it returns to its most solid state.

Is something wrong? Did you receive a faulty item?

Since our products are perishable and intended for consumption, all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please send an email with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. Please include a photo to resolve the matter quickly.
